Greetings all.
The computer that all our bookkeeping is done on needs to be replaced, so later today an IT company is coming to get the old computer so that they can transfer all the information to the new computer that we will receive tomorrow morning. There are of course a lot of sensitive information on that computer. Can I ask the IT company to sign a confidentiality agreement? What should be included in such a document?
