I have been looking at all these screenshots that have been posted recently and I can't see the difference except that one pic may be a bit brighter here or there.

Bugger ****...
Really? Does it come down to counting pixels?
They both look good, end of story. It must be terrible to analyse everything you watch and play in so much detail - do you even take note of what you're watching/playing?
I feel the same.
This got me thinking if there is really such a big discrepancy and my suspicions were right, there is no real difference between the two.
From this article:

Generally speaking, if you sit more than 10 feet away from your TV, and your display isn't bigger than 50 inches diagonally, you won't be able to tell the difference between 720 and 1080.
I play on a 24" monitor so I will most definitely not see the difference.
In my opinion I think frames/sec is going to play a bigger role than resolution.
