This will be my first time on the hiring side of the process so I wanted to reach out to the community and generally ask those of you who have interviewed prospective interns what tactics, questions, format etc. Allowed you to choose a really stand out intern? I am confident that I can question these prospects to the edge of their ability from a technical standpoint, but am looking for ways to cut through the prepared responses and really get a true idea of who these guys/girls are to make a great addition.
