Obama administration plans to appeal Plan B ruling May 2nd 2013, 00:03 The Obama administration will challenge a court ruling that would require the federal government to make emergency contraceptives available to all women over the counter. The Department of Justice filed notice late Wednesday with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals that it plans to challenge the early April decision.
