My decent "ballsy" email that landed me a job Apr 19th 2013, 01:35 Hey, I go to a non target, pretty crappy state school, IMO. I have been networking like crazy for the past year and I have finally landed the job. After hundreds of phone calls and emails, it finally happened. I emailed the founder of the company. He's a pretty well known guy in the industry and was shocked I got a response. It sounds dumb, but all I will say to people is, keep your head up and don't get discouraged. It feels so damn good. This is my email, of how I "broke" into Consulting. Hope you enjoy. Mr. _________, My name is ____________ and I am a current Senior at _____________ studying Finance and Economics. I am desperately trying to crack into the world of economic consulting.
