Flaws in the U.S. Education System- What separates a target from a non-target? Mar 25th 2013, 05:00 Hello WSO Community, This an off topic post from what should be a finance blog. However, since there are a lot of discussions concerning target and non-target schools, I thought it would be interesting to discuss what really separates these two groups. Obviously grades and standardized test scores help determine whether a high school student gets into Princeton or a simple college/ state university.
