LTE in South Africa Feb 3rd 2013, 07:45 Hey guys!! Have a look on THIS page at Mybroadband.co.za. Those speeds are mind blowing and even though those speeds are of the trial (so they should improve and become more stable over time) they are far better than any ADSL line, even the local latency is pretty decent. We switched over to Cell-C 3G this week because of all the pathetic service the the 2 Wifi companies keep giving us (PC Wirelees & Belanet), thanks to Cell-c we now have full 3G coverage on the farm (Limpopo :P) and LTE will also be rolled out in the coming months. Cell-c currently charges R0.15 per MB, and I've got a reliable source that says its going to drop the prices even further. What do you guys think about LTE in SA?
